Net Prophet LLC ("Net Prophet", "we", "our", or "us") operates netprophet.pro and the related services (collectively, the "Service"). We are responsible for the personal information processed in connection with the Service. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights and choices available to you.
The Service is intended for users in the United States. It is not directed to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and we do not target or market the Service to them. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service. This Policy is incorporated into, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Your login credentials and payment details are handled by our authentication and payment providers, not stored by us. The information described below is what we collect or process to operate the Service.
Your date of birth is not on this list. Registration asks for it to confirm you meet our minimum-age requirement (18), but the check runs entirely in your browser: the date is never transmitted to us, never sent to our authentication provider, and never written to your device’s storage. We do not receive it, so we cannot retain, share, or profile on it.

We will verify your request, typically by confirming control of the email address associated with your account, and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 45 days, subject to permitted extensions). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We do not sell your personal information, as that term is defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We do share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in one narrow case: the Reddit advertising pixel described in Section 5 reports that a visit or a signup on this site followed one of our ads.
For visitors we can determine are in the United States, that sharing is on by default; everywhere else it is off unless you turn it on. To opt out, use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer — the opt-out link this section is titled for — which turns off the Marketing category in one click — this stops further reporting and deletes the advertising pixel's cookie. The "Cookie Settings" link beside it opens the same controls with the other categories. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request: a browser sending GPC will not load the advertising pixel at all, whatever the cookie setting says. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing of your personal information. The statistical models and projections offered through the Service analyze sports data and are not used to make automated decisions about individual users.
Our Service is not directed to, and is not intended for, individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as by email or a prominent notice on the Service.
